ADVANCED MESH WELDING SYSTEM

* The traditional copper wire connection is replaced by a solid copper plate, ensuring a stronger and more stable connection between the electrode holder and the welding transformer. The welding electrodes are water-cooled for extended service life.

* Abandon the old chain connection method, let the main motor and bevel gear directly connect the main shaft, and the transmission torque is greater.

* Efficient Cast water-cooling welding transformers, and adjust the welding strength through PLC, simple and durable.

THE 3-6 Mm WIRE MESH WELDER Has Two Types Of WIRE FEEDING Ways:
 
Longitude wire feeding
Multiple wire coils are automatically fed, saving labor, then passed through precise, straight setting rollers for easy welding. The standard pay-off stand can withstand a weight of 100 kg. Please specify if a larger weight is required.
 
Cross-wire feeding
The cross wire is straightened and cut by the straightening and cutting machine, and then automatically fed into the machine via the cross wire feeder.
