Due to the large diameter of the rebar, wire feeding from a spool is not possible, requiring manual threading. The mesh welding machine is equipped with a servo motor-driven wire feed carriage, which improves wire feeding efficiency.

Horizontal wire feeding utilizes a wire feeder. The lateral wire feed height is controlled by a servo motor, planetary reducer, and stainless steel coupling, enabling continuous feeding of large quantities of wire into the internal wire feeder.

AUTOMATIC WIRE DRAWING SYSTEM
 
The mesh welding machine is equipped with an automatic wire drawing system. This system utilizes a servo motor and planetary reducer, offering precise control, high torque output, and low noise.

The mesh drawing distance (the distance between wires fed horizontally) is conveniently adjusted via the PLC touch screen.
